Hearing Examiner Upholds Seattle’s Analysis of Mandatory Housing Affordability Program

Kevin Ramsey named Associate Principal

Starting June 1, Kevin Ramsey, Ph.D. joins the BERK management team as an Associate Principal. In his more than four years at BERK, he has developed a housing needs assessment practice for the firm, which includes high profile projects such as the Seattle Mandatory Housing Affordability EIS and the Edmonds Housing Assessment and Strategy.

2018 Governor's Smart Communities Award - Ellensburg Housing Needs Assessment

The City of Ellensburg's Housing Chapter for the 2017 Comprehensive Plan Update was selected for the 2018 Governor’s Smart Communities Award under the Smart Vision category. BERK led the Housing Needs Assessment which supported the development of this Chapter.

BERK led a community open house to engage Edmonds citizens around the housing strategy being led by the Edmonds Task Force. Associate Principal Kevin Ramsey Ph.D. was onsite to support the Task Force by presenting findings and answering questions for citizens during the open house.
