Natasha has strong quantitative and qualitative skills including data analysis, survey development and analysis, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation. She enjoys working collaboratively with clients in the strategic planning process to explore the options available and craft a path forward together.
Natasha's studies in political science and psychology help her thoughtfully engage stakeholders and draw out insights that identify how organizations can most effectively leverage their people and their resources. At BERK she has become a regular analyst for public health, fire service, and educational organization projects. Prior to joining BERK in 2016, Natasha was a Business Analyst & Project Coordinator at Tableau Software. She enjoys translating research and data into actionable insights for communities of all sizes.
An avid adventurer, Natasha spends as much time abroad as she can manage. Recent explorations in Europe resulted in a weeklong stay in Irish castles, extensive stays in London, and a journey by train from Amsterdam to Lisbon, with memorable stops in Paris, Barcelona, and Madrid. When she is in town, she can be found in the audience of many local theatres, playing tennis, learning new languages, or curled up with a good book and her dog Hugo.
