Annual BERK Retreat 2018
Our annual Retreat was held May 17-18 at IslandWood on Bainbridge Island. This was our first time at IslandWood as a team and we loved the space and the integration of outdoor learning spaces and communal facilities!
We spent two days reflecting on our work and how we work together, balanced with time outside hiking, trying out a ropes course, and participating in team building activities.
Two of our team members are also new moms, and we were lucky enough to have their families and little ones join us at the Retreat. Below are some pictures of the team spending some time together outside of the office.
