Adam Greer

Adam is an urban planner with experience in real estate analysis, demographic and land use research, spatial design, and community development. He has experience working with housing authorities and property owners on public and private financing opportunities to reimagine their properties. Prior to joining BERK, he worked as real estate development analyst in Chicago. His internships while in school included work supporting a new transit orientated community, specifically the development of a permanent supportive housing shelter in Boulder, Colorado and planning for climate resiliency and an evolving retail landscape along Chicago’s Magnificent Mile.

Adam has a M.U.P.P. from the University of Illinois – Chicago and a B.S. in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of Missouri -Columbia. He has a Marketing Certificate from Chonnam National University in South Korea and is a LEED Green Associate certified professional.

Spending the majority of his life in Chicago, you will now find Adam exploring his new home in the Pacific Northwest! He enjoys biking, running, yoga, and reading about different periods in human history. He enjoys exploring new cultures either close to home or on the other side of the globe.
